In the morning the girls like to have some play time before beginning the day. The other day BigZabba decided that she wanted to teach LittleZabba her numbers. Her tactic was to sort and count her chalk and have LittleZabba write the number. Pretty clever. They both had fun and LittleZabba did a little learning.
Only city girls would enjoy riding the lawn mower, or as they call it, the tractor. The girls thought it was so great to ride around the yard with Daddy. I think that Daddy enjoyed it too.
On Saturday we took the kids to an Easter celebration at the local John Deere. This kids seem more like real kids here. My parents TV isn’t set up, so instead of sitting around watching shows, they are outside running around in the muddy grass, picking flowers, gathering sticks, and even chasing geese. I could get used to this slower pace.
This weekend we went to Big Bear and the girls were able to do some sledding. They had so much fun. I love LittleZabba’s excitement. Enjoy.
