I am not a lipstick person.  Give me some chapstick and I am set.  (my favorite being Burts Bees, but in a bind anything will do)

Today I got some new lip gloss.  I wanted to try being more grown up, since I am one year older now.  Surprisingly, I like it.  It has a funky paintbrush-like brush on the tip so you can smooth the gloss.  Very high end for a girl who is used to chapstick.

I got some new mascara too.  I decided to go all out you see.  The mascara, at least so far, is pretty good.  Watch out world.  Here I come with my intense color lips, and my new volumizing eye lashes.
